World Agility Open 2020

World Agility Open is moving to early winter

Due to the current pandemic and the strict regulations around the world, the World Agility Open also had to reschedule and postpone the tournament, which should have taken place before from May 14 to 17, 2020. The Netherlands has banned any such events until 1 June. Also that various countries in Europe have closed the borders, which would have made it impossible for most teams to travel to Netherland.

However, the organizers have been fighting a cancellation until the very end and have therefore now presented a solution that switches to early winter. The new date of the event is now from October 29th to November 1st. If possible, they don’t want to change anything on the schedule itself. This was adopted 1 to 1 and rewritten to the new data. A final confirmation should follow within the next days. The tenth edition this year relies on wildcard teams, which are awarded to international sizes.
