We have good news from Norway. The country is also striving for quick easing and has already taken first measures in this regard. Based on the latest developments, the Norwegian Open organizing committee expects to be able to held the tournament as planned. Also because of the fact, that the first competitions after the COVID-19 break will take place again this month.
It still takes around 150 days until the start of Norway’s largest tournament. The goal of the organizers is to run the tournament as planned with all nations and competitors. Despite the confidence, they still wait with the registration until there is definitely clarity. Already last year, the Norwegian Open organizers fought against a cancellation until the end. At that time, the Norwegian Kennel Club imposed a tournament ban because of the serious bowel disease that was spread in Norway at the time. In the end, the Norwegian Open was also affected and canceled. This year, the tournament is the highlight of the year and should attract a lot of teams.
