While many international tournaments were canceled in the spring, the organizers of the Moravia Open in the Czech Republic remained always positive and stuck to the implementation. The corona pandemic should prove them right. But also in the Czech Republic they had to cut some things compared to previous tournaments. However, these are limited. One of them for the 2021 edition is the limitation of the maximum number of participants to 280. Another small change affect the judges of the tournament.
Neil Ellis cannot travel to the Czech Republic due to travel restrictions from the UK. Therefore, with Karel Havlicek from the Czech Republic, Alex Beitl from Germany and Bernd Hüppe from Austria there will be only 3 judges on site. This means for the participants that there are only 2 runs per day instead of 3 as usually. Everything else should remain largely the same, depending on the circumstances. The Moravia Open will take place from July 2nd to 4th in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm. The tournament is one of the most important in the year alongside the Norwegian Open and the official FCI Events.
