Alpine Agilty Open

Alpine Agility Open canceled for the second time in a row

In Italy, too, the pandemic situation is only improving slowly. Therefore, the organizers of the Alpine Agility Open decided on the only realistic solution and canceled the tournament for the second time in a row. The pandemic and the associated restrictions make it practically impossible to carry it out in the usual context. A half-hearted solution is avoided in advance. The Alpine Agility Open are just one of many major international tournaments that have already been canceled this year. For example the Avallon Cup in France, the FMBB in Greece, the Jutlandia Cup in Denmark, the European Open or the Junior Agility World Championship in Portugal.

Beside all the sadness, they would like to hold the tournament in the Italian Alps again next year. Then hopefully without any restrictions. The organizers have not yet announced a specific date. Only that it should take place in June. The Alpine Agility Open was held for the first time in 2019 – with a lot of positive feedback from the participants. Since then there has been no possibility of a further event.
