France has to cancel the first AWC/EO qualification

Due to the legal regulations with a curfew from 6:00 p.m. and the ban on events in closed rooms, the French Agility Association was forced to cancel the first qualification for the 2021 World Championship and the 2021 European Open. This should have taken place in Courcouronnes on February 27th and 28th. The French Agility Association is a bit more optimistic about holding the qualifications number 2 and 3. These are currently still planned, albeit with many question marks. The second takes place at the end of March from March 27th to 28th, the third from April 24th to April 25th. Whether the first is repeated is not clear from the official statement. Originally Inga Järv and Roman Lukac should have judge the first qualification.

1st EO-AWC qualification 2021
27. /28. February 2021 – Coucouronnes

2nd EO-AWC qualification 2021
27. /28. March 2021 – Lansargues

3rd EO-AWC qualification 2021

A week ago, the organizers of the European Open and JOAWC in Portugal announced that they would not be able to hold the two events due to the pandemic. The cancellation of the organizer will probably also be a big point at the February meeting of the FCI agility delegates this weekend. Thanks to Corona, this also only takes place via video conference. The French association will then provide further information.
